I shaved my pubic hair and now i have red bumps?

im 14 i shaved my pubic hair but left some near my penis. at first i had pus filled red bumped or zits. i have waited a few months and they haven't improved much except there not pus filled anymore. please help me, tell me how to get rid of them, and if you can, without my parents having to know.
