What type of haircut should I get?

I have a justin bieber flow type of hair. When my hair gets too long, I just shave it all off. People get mad when I shave it because im the only asian with natural soft hair in my school. The options are trim, shave or your options. btw when my hair is wet my hair is down to my nose, but when it is dry it's swept so that is is right above my eyes. If trim how much should I take off? If shave, what type of haircut?
