IS DUNSPARCE ANY GOOD?

I'm sorry, but you just wasted a poke-ball on the worst Pokemon to ever exist in the Pokemon Universe (next to Bidoof haha). Although it can learn good TMs, it's stats aren't high enough to back up the powerful moves.
