What could this be inside of me?

So after i shaved down there in the shower i noticed little red dots inside the lips of the vagina and on the clit. could it possibly just be razor burn or something cuz my razor is shitty. but im really freaked out. please dont give me stupid answers. Also if it could be anything else please give me a possible idea about it. thanks.
